🐴 Nonprofit Spotlight: Hope For Horses

At Go Local FXBG, we believe every event should have a purpose — and our Thursday night Trivia For A Cause is all about shining a light on incredible nonprofits in our community.

This month, we’re proud to support Hope For Horses, a local nonprofit dedicated to giving retired and at-risk horses a second chance at life.

🐎 About Hope For Horses

Hope For Horses is a Fredericksburg-area rescue that takes in off-the-track Thoroughbreds and other horses in need, providing them with care, rehabilitation, and the opportunity to find loving forever homes.

Many of these horses come from situations of neglect, abandonment, or simply reach the end of their racing careers with nowhere to go. Hope For Horses steps in to provide them with food, veterinary care, training, and compassion.

They believe that every horse deserves dignity and the chance to live out their days in peace or find a new purpose through adoption.

Hope For Horses relies on the generosity of our community to keep their mission alive. Here are ways you can make a difference:

✨ Donate: Every dollar helps feed, house, and care for the horses.
✨ Sponsor a Horse: Cover the care of a specific horse each month.
✨ Volunteer: Help with daily care, events, or community outreach.
✨ Adopt or Foster: Give a horse a loving home.
