About the Youth Internship & Career Pathways Program

The Go Local FXBG Youth Internship & Career Pathways Program helps local high school and homeschool students build real-world experience in:

  • Digital media & content creation
  • Event production & community engagement
  • Branding & design
  • CRM, systems, and business operations
  • Entrepreneurship & leadership

Interns build real deliverables, real portfolios, and real confidence by working alongside local businesses, nonprofits, and community events. These opportunities expand access and create stronger pathways for youth across the region.
